	Congo Vision : Nouvelles visions pour le Congo et l'Afrique
		Léon Kengo wa Dondo, ancien Premier ministre du dictateur zaïrois Mobutu, a été élu vendredi président du bureau du Sénat de République démocratique du Congo (RDC), battant au premier tour le candidat du pouvoir, pourtant favori du vote.
		Kengo a été élu avec 55 voix sur 106 votants.

		Kengo's return has been welcomed by the new power sharing government that plans to lead the country back to democratic elections in two years.
		But he added that a truth and reconciliation commission would be looking into the Kengo affair, along with many other cases of other people's financial and human rights abuses before and throughout the country's conflict.
