 | | The recommended subway alignment for the Sheppard Subway traverses the 2055 Kennedy Road property (see Exhibit 1) and TTC property interests include the subsurface alignment of the subway itself, connections to existing and future GO Transit Stations, a future bus terminal, entrances and pedestrian and road connections to the station. |
 | | On May 11, 2005, the Commission approved the settlement of the TTC issues with respect to the development and finalization of the necessary zoning, OPA and subdivision agreements is now underway. |
 | | In order to finalize the necessary agreements based on the May 11, 2005 approval of the property settlement, it is estimated that a final authority of $40,000 is necessary to complete the necessary agreements bringing the total authorized amount to $130,000. |
