Internet Archive: Details: [APL025] Kenneth Kirschner - May 3, 1997
Kenneth Kirschner was born in 1970 in Princeton, New Jersey, and began studying piano at the age of 5.
May 3, 1997 uses the "post.piano" patch described in his liner notes to the post_piano CD - it was in fact the first track on which he used this sound.
The result of May 3, 1997 is a magnificent composition, where each of the individual components (i.e., each piano motif, each percussion sound, each fragment of noise, etc.) was composed in isolation from the others, through a spontaneous, highly improvisational process.

 KENNETH COPELAND
Kenneth Copeland and Kenneth Hagin could not continue with their obtuse teachings if it was not for the support of undiscerning Christians, and the acceptance of the doctrine of "continuing direct revelation from God".
Kenneth Copeland exists in, and is accepted as a mainstream Christian by a large segment of the Christian church who have rejected the application of discernment in regards to teachers and leadership.
Kenneth Copeland's teaching is obvious when it is put to the test, but it is also subtle, in that it hides behind the words and structure of Christianity, as he is presented as a minister of the true gospel by churches, organizations and TV networks, where the leadership should know better.

New FASA Contracting Method Offers Agencies Unprecedented Power, Kenneth Weckstein, May 1, 1996, Epstein Becker & ...
Under the multiple-award task-order contract procedure, an agency may award identical contracts to several offerors, entitling each of them to be considered for the issuance of task orders.
In theory, the fact that multiple awards may be made - with no limit as to how many contractors may be issued identical contracts - allows an agency to award a contract to every offeror that submits a proposal.
Agencies now may avail themselves of a contracting method that reduces competition, minimizes the importance of the evaluation process, lessens the concern that decisions will be questioned and allows nearly unfettered discretion to select contractors to whom public funds will be disbursed.
