Review: I found my stay at The Gore to be a positive experience.
I would have liked to have known that the rooms do not have a proper shower or any type of bars for support...I have had knee reconstruction and I found it extremely difficult and nervewracking to climb in and out of the bathtub.
I was able to get on-line in my rrom through my AOL account, but this then had my hotel line engaged as long as I stayed on-line...I would recommend dual lines in certain rooms for those of us who are staying at The Gore for business.

Queen Alexandra's House is a girls' residence for music students during the school year.
There is a restaurant attached at which I did not eat but the offerings looked very nice.
The hotel personnel were also very pleasant and able to answer questions, etc. I usually stay in South Kensington and am partial to it but I did love this location.
