		In the original cast, I say "cast" because that's the way Director Kojima treated his games, he auditioned voice actors as actors in a movie, that is why we always get such a professional movie dubbing cast in MGS games, because Kojima really treated each game as a movie.
		Kojima's original descriptions for Raiden was a young man too mature for his age, both in voice and personality.
		He is in his 20's, but his voice and personality is already almost an old man. That is why Horiuchi in his 40's was cast for this character in his 20's.

		Toshiharu Sakurai, who was the vocals for the opening to Otaku no Video, joined Kenyuu Horiuchi and Kumiko Takizawa to bring in a vocal explosion that is nothing but pleasing.
		Track 18, Trio of Love, keeps in line with the bouncy feel of the Nadia vocals, and is nothing if not amusing.

	THEM Anime Reviews 4.0 - Kurogane Communication
		The dialogue is well-written, and often with a genuine wit that transcends mere cynicism or slapstick.
		And the Japanese voice-acting is darn good, with the always enjoyable Horie Yui as Haruka (think Love Hina's Naru, but younger and much less violent), and Horiuchi Kenyuu (mistranslated as Horiuchi "Norio" in the credits) as the fluffy aproned Terminator, Reeves, being exceptionally well-done, effeminate and sensitive without being flamboyant and over-the-top.
		The English voice-acting, while adequate, simply doesn't have quite the charm or chemistry of the Japanese voice cast - mostly with Haruka.
