Kewaunee Co. isn't far from me, but I am unfamiliar with the interesting nooks and crannies of the land that make for an interesting placement.
There may not be a cache in Kewaunee County, but there is one just a mile north of the Kewaunee-Door county line in Forestville....
There are some caches that due to their difficulty may not have a first find for months, some even a year, and they would not be considered a new cache for that long.
