Kharn the betrayer has 5 attacks in the new chaos codex and i was woundering, if kharn is in close combat do all 5 attacks count as power weapons.
When a model had 2 weapons (such as Kharn's plasma pistol +gorechild), you choose which one to attack with (ie this is the one you use all the rules for) and the other gives you the extra attack for having 2 x close combat weapons.
In Kharns and many other cases, all the Plasma pistol counts as in the close combat phase is another attack, in which you obviously use Gorechild for that.

Betrayer kharn This is Betrayer kharn as Betrayer kharn you were." And Amy laid Betrayer kharn another sketch beside the one he held.
It was not nearly Betrayer kharn so well done, but there was a life Kharn and spirit in it which atoned for many faults, and it recalled the past so vividly that a Betrayer kharn sudden change swept over the young man's face as he looked.
The rider's Betrayer kharn breezy hair and Betrayer kharn erect attitude, there was a suggestion of suddenly arrested motion, of strength, courage, and youthful buoyancy that contrasted sharply with the supine grace of the `DOLCE FAR NIENTE' sketch.

Special Rules: Kharn bears the mark of Khorn, and therefore has a +2 on 1d6 save, he may triple his movement only when he is able to charge into hand to hand combat and he is frenzied.
Kharn's attacks are so powerful that they cannot be parried, Kharn is immune to psychology and Kharn may also reroll any fumbles (1'd) on his attack dice because he is so farmilliar with gorechild (Kharn's trusty axe), and Kharn may retake a failed saving throw.
Kharn is always so eager to get into combat that he has a 4" follow-up move, instead of a 2" follow-up move.

Khârn the Betrayer is a character from the fictional Warhammer 40,000 universe, a member of the World Eaters Legion of Space Marines, and a champion of Khorne.
His title "The Betrayer", comes from this act, which consequently broke the World Eaters Legion into warbands that roam the Eye of Terror.
Pre Heresy, Khârn is written as loyal servant of the Emperor of Mankind, who wearily believes that the excessive means the World Eaters employ in battle are necessary for the success of the Great Crusade.

Kharn the Betrayer vs. Skimmers - Page 6 - Librarium Online
There are no arguments other than "fluff" that state Kharne would not hit a skimmer on a 2+ other than "refer to the skimmers in close combat rules." BTW, the BGB does refer to close combat w/ skimmers, it does not just call it assault.
The same argument could be used to state that Kharne would not hit any other units in close combat on a 2+, referring to the BGB's standard close combat rules/tables utilizing weapon skill, whereby you NEVER hit on a 2+ in close combat.
Kharne's rule does not specify that it does not work against enemies with no WS, so one must assume that 'always' encompasses them as well.

He is a Chaos Space Marine, possibly one of the most fierce close-combat opponents you could ever face, and utterly dedicated to killing as many people - be they his opponents or his allies - as possible, all in the name of the Blood God, Khorne.
As his title of 'Betrayer' suggests, he has absolutely no qualms about killing his own troops, if it means that blood is shed for Khorne.
It was his actions on the planet Skalathrax, when forces he was a member of were fighting fellow traitor legion the World Eaters, that gave him this name, and ever since his own legion have been more than a little wary of following him.
