Khun Borom is considered by the Lao to be the father of their race.
In mythologized history, he descended from the heavens (some have interpreted this as China) in the 8th century and landed at Muang Then (believed to be present-day Dien Bien Phu[?] in Vietnam).
The eldest of them, Khun Lo, was given Muang Sua.

DEVIL HUNTERS (1989) is a convoluted Hong Kong crime thriller with enough kung fu, shootouts, explosions and gratuitous sadism to keep most jaded HK action fans satisfied.
Maybe the people complaining are not confident-enough men who use the excuse that it's someone else's fault they didn't create the life they want.
