The Pentecostal Missionary Church here at Kibaha, where it is the head Office of PMC Tanzania, is in a great need of getting Iron steel sheets, Tarps or Tents for use as a Place to worship God.

Each village has a couple of people who do the MDA and my goal in questioning them is in learning what else they do workwise and if additional tasks were added to their MDA workload would they feel overburdened.
Kibaha is a hour west of Dar in dry savannah and Bagamoyo is a hour east of Dar along the coast.
We headed out to Kibaha first and met the district health coordinator, Beatrice at the regional hospital.

KIBAHA, Tanzania : Insecticide-impregnated bed nets are now starting to save lives in Tanzanian villages where malaria had been killing children aged under five, the elderly and pregnant women.
Siri Masudi, 20, mother to a month-old baby, says the mortality rate in her village in Kibaha district - 40 kilometres west of Dar es Salaam - has dropped since the UN Children's Fund (UNICEF) started selling the nets at cheap prices.
But Mariam Ongara, a doctor in Kibaha, wants the government and UNICEF to give poor families free nets.

 Bus accident kills seven in Kibaha
Seven people, including an assistant inspector of police, died on the spot in Kibaha, Coast Region, in a road accident.
The accident, which involved a passenger bus and a mini bus, occurred at Misugusugu, a few kilometres away from Kibaha town on Wednesday night.
The Coast Regional Police Commander Ally Mbilikila said yesterday that nine people were also seriously injured when a Tawfiq Bus that was travelling to Dar es Salaam from Tanga collided head on with a minibus.

The reserve is a 35,000 ha mosaic of forest, woodland, thicket, swamp and grassland in Kibaha and Kisarawe Districts, Coast Region.
TFCG has been working in Ruvu South as part of the Misitu Yetu Project, a partnership project between the Forestry and Beekeeping Division, Kibaha and Kisarawe District Councils, TFCG, the Wildlife Conservation Society of Tanzania and CARE-Tanzania.

 Collision kills at least 16 people near Dar es Salaam
At least 16 people were killed on the spot late on Sunday when a bus and a heavy-duty truck collided near Dar es Salaam, according to police sources.
Coast Regional Police Commander Ali Mbilikila told the press that the fatal accident had occurred at Kibaha, just outside the city of Dar es Salaam, where a Shabaha bus and a Scania truck rammed into each other.
The bus was traveling from Arusha to Dar es Salaam while the truck was going from Dar es Salaam to Tanga.
