 Kilbarrack United FC
Kilbarrack United F.C. was founded in 1970 in the then fledgling estate of Kilbarrack Foxfield St John.
The club enjoyed its heyday in the late seventies when it was rightly regarded as one of the top junior clubs in Dublin, if not in Ireland, attracting players from as far away as the country town of Walkinstown.
The club then went into recline for a number of years and but for the dedicated work of a few good people would probably have succumbed to the emergence of other local teams as a force within the community, such as Raheny United, Kilmore Boys, and Grove Celtic.
