Kilsby is the founder and director of the Tennessee Air and Space Museum, which is scheduled to open in Smyrna in 2003.
Kilsby, with his British accent and, yesterday, pink shirt and loafers with tassels, flew from Nashville to Griffin, where the Flagship Tennessee has been parked at an airfield for the past several years.
Kilsby founded the $6 million museum in Smyrna and is now in the process of collecting old planes and stories about Tennessee aviation history.
