		The Little Mermaid of Kimballton was sculpted by a pair of college student in gold cast bronze fiberglass, first installed by the Progressive Danes in 1977.
		Some fundraising remains, but the plan is to rededicate the statue at the towns 125th anniversary celebration in June 2008.
