Kimo Leopoldo (born January 4,1964) is a mixed martial arts fighter, who was born in Munich, Germany and fights out of Hawaii, U.S.A. Kimo, who primarily fights under his first name only, made his MMA debut at UFC 3 in 1994, and continues to fight today.
Kimo is well known for entering the UFC 3 tournament carrying a large cross on his back, and for his Christian mindset and tattoos.
Kimo went on to fight in the main event of UFC 48, where he again took on MMA veteran Ken Shamrock.

Kimo is KIMO and for those that know him, know exactly what that means (Bas cannot and probably will not take him lightly) Kimo is a great wrestler & has submissions of his own, but his real strong points are his chin (IE watch his fight with Bob sap) and the guy can strike HARD.
Recall that Royce took Kimo out Via Submission, so did Ken Shamrock after him and in Kimo's last fight (7/17/05 VS I. Minowa) he was again submitted (achilles lock) -While Bas's last fight was a victory over Kevin "monster" Randleman.
