The King Baudouin Stadium is the only EURO 2000 Final Tournament stadium without a regular home team.
The whole stadium was renovated, although the original façade was preserved.
Another multi-functional stadium, the first event to take place there after the renovation was completed was a concert by Céline Dion in June 1997.

And i wonder: do the 4 musicians even know that the speakers in the back of the stadium feel out during allmost half of the show (they feel out b4 times and after a few songs switched on again) whicj meant that thousands of people couldn't really hear nor feel the music.
I saw U2 in Brussels from a seat (probably in the same stand as Barbara, to the side of the stage with very limited view of the big screens) and I loved it, though I must say it's more fun to be in the middle of the field (more atmosphere).
And all this in a stadium were 20 years ago people were killed due to bad safety (and stupid idiot fans, which, luckily, are rare at U2 shows).
