The 15-acre property is identified by the Town of North Kingstown Tax Assessor’s Office on Plats 87 and 90; however, the lot numbers are unknown.
From 1940 to 1970, North Kingstown operated a landfill at the property and accepted an estimated 19,000 tons of household waste and demolition materials annually.
