It took Castleknock 25 minutes to beat a stubborn Kinsealy backline and it was Paul Lennon-O'Donohue who got the crucial goal following excellent work from beanpole Cunningham, who pulled the goal across the face of the goal for Podge to have the easiest of tasks knocking the ball into an empty net.
Kinsealy did however allow their heads to drop and Castleknock began to play a little more fluently after the goal.
Kinsealy were well beaten by a Castleknock Celtic team in third gear.

His son, Sean Haughey, TD flew back from abroad to join his family at Haughey's bedside in a Dublin hospital.
However on 13 August 2003 it was revealed that Haughey, facing demands to pay millions of euro in back taxes on undeclared income, had to sell his large georgian residence and estate in Kinsealy in north County Dublin.
It was reported that the deal would net Haughey 35 million euro before tax.

She teaches banjo and mandolin classes for the Kinsealy branch of Comhaltas, and leads the under-15 grupai cheoil and ceili band musicians.
Like Joe and Theresa Hughes, she was a member of the Kinsealy Ceili Band, travelled on tours to Belgium, Holland and France and today teaches fiddle lessons on Saturdays.

The Kinsealy Team took part in a dublin ridiing schools competition and came 3rd!
The team consisted of Robert on Paddy blue,Katy on Tirnah Tara, Elizabeth on Killtulas Star and alex on Darcys town sandstorm.
The team certainly looked the part and had matching KRC numnahs, browbands, leg bandages and the riders all had the same shirts and colour jackets and hats!

A statue was unveiled in Dingle, Co Kerry, to the former Taoiseach and Fianna Fail leader several weeks ago.
Mr Haughey was unable to leave his Kinsealy home due to illness but sent a message to the people of Dingle saying he sincerely appreciated the decision of fishermen to erect the statute.
The house and lands of Haughey’s Kinsealy estate have been sold to developers but it will be several years before they are built on.

Fingal County Council has granted planning permission for a hotel, golf course, houses and holiday homes on Charles Haughey's former estate at Kinsealy in north Dublin.
Manor Park Homebuilders bought the Abbeville estate from Mr Haughey for around €45 million in 2003.
