		Florita is now vice-president of marketing at Lost Highway Records, a new joint venture of Mercury Records and Island/Def-Jam that crosses existing genres, combining elements of rock, alternative and country music, and featuring such artists as Lucinda Williams, Billy Bob Thornton and Ryan Adams.
		She grew up with music as well: Her father was a college music professor, conductor, and performer, and her mother was a professional violinist for the Denver Symphony.
