 Shotgun desperado injures three
Three persons, one a policeman, were shot and wounded when a man went berserk with a shotgun at a gas station in Kjeller near Lillestrøm.
The identity of the perpetrator was known to police since he had shown ID during his visit to the gas station.
The man was arrested on the grounds of Kjeller airport after police had spotted the getaway car from a helicopter.

I have been taking flying lessons to prepare for a pilot training course in September this year so I figured maybe this could be something I could combine with my work.  As I thought, this was a really cheap and timesaving way to solve my problem.
As we were descending to prepare for landing at Fröya airport we had an open view straight out the ocean and I thought how strange it is that over 4500 people actually live here in this environment year round.
Their primary business is breeding salmon for export and the school we were about to visit educates students in marine culture.

Kristian and I have been talking for a while about flying up to Fagernes Airport Leirin, which supposedly is the airport with highest elevation in Norway (approx 2700 feet).
Despite the not so nice weather this year, we were able to stick to our plan of flying over Oslo looking at the people.
Today Kjeller Air show was arranged at Kjeller Airport.

Take the train from Gardermoen to Lillestrøm, then change to bus 402 going towards Kjeller and alight at Fritidshuset.
You can also take bus 331 from the Oslo bus terminal to Olavsgaard where you can change to bus 402 and alight at Fritidshuset.

It has usually not been possible to operate off grass anywhere near Oslo, but just the other day I heard that the group operating LN-MAX from Kjeller airfield have made a short (320meters) grass runway alongside the paved one at Kjeller.
Hmmm..they arent good.Only Kjeller had sufficient place to land on grass.
I trust we will be seeing you at Woburn next month, and I am sure nobody will be imperintent enough to mention those non-standard brakes.
