Klaw agreed and after a skirmish with Ka-Zar in London, traveled with the Sheenarian to the Savage Land where there was a Vibranium deposit necessary to create the portal.
Klaw was subdued by the visiting Impossible Man. Klaw realized that his sonic powers had been waning over the years and undertook an elaborate scheme to manipulate a youth gang into restoring him to full power.

Interesting element here is that Klaw, at first, believes the acts to be the work of a madman & to attempt to learn of his odic thoughts would be fruitless since a madman's thoughts would be grotesque & convoluted.

Second, try as I might, I could not find anything that looked enough like the Sonic Converter to use, so I had to make one.
The base for Klaw was Web Shootin' Spider-man. I had to cut off his web shooting hand to make the converter.
The second trickiest part of Klaw was his little pointy shorts.
