Jarvis, who died on Wednesday of multiple myeloma, is familiar to Trek fans as the officious Starfleet surplus depot quartermaster Klim Dokachin from Star Trek: The Next Generation 's " Unification, Part I." Jarvis also had a wide-ranging career in movies, television and theater that spanned five decades.
Born in Toronto, Jarvis began acting onstage at 19 in a Virginia theater company production of "The Seven Year Itch." He went on to attend Williams College and moved to New York City in the early '50s to pursue a theater career.

Anything that the cards say happens at the end of a turn happens just before the card draw.
If you are prevented from drawing a card (e.g., Klim Dokachin, QÕs Tent), then you may simply announce when you are done with your turn, after resolving anything that must happen at the end of your turn.
The start of your turn is just after the opponent has transferred the turn to you (by drawing a card).
