		The shutdown was discovered on Saturday and the plant was back in operation by Sunday after repair was made to the RBC (rotating biological contractor) unit that stirs the waste and exposes it to organic bacteria that speeds the cleaning process.
		The Knife River/Larsmont Sanitary District board opted to close the beach area as a safety measure until results from county health department tests are known.
