		Knnillssonn was Harry Nilsson's last album for RCA.
		Knnillssonn is a record that actually sounds better today (maybe it's because I'm older) than it did back then.

	Nilsson reissues catalog of work
		There's not too many good things to say about this album because every song that has the potential is somehow ruined.
		But Nilsson's voice is intact and the clutter is gone on 1977's Knnillssonn and he once again captures the tenderness he is capable of.
		This album is as inspired as Aerial Ballet, though the songs (all of which Nilsson wrote) and style are much more original.

		The result is an album that's out of step with its time and with the era's music in general.
		With its old-fashioned pop sensibility and weirdly out of sync production, plus Nilsson's trademark clever songsmithery and impish humor, Knnillssonn is a pop album like no other.
		It has his best set of songs in many a year, and the production is fascinating, yet at times it sounds like he's trying a little too hard.

	Harry Nilsson - That's the Way It Is @ Soundbug
		If, as the liner notes say, "Knnillssonn" stalled on the charts because RCA devoted 100% of its resources to reissuing Elvis Presley's back catalog immediately after his death, that was a huge disservice to Harry and to an outstanding album.
		I find the "That's the Way It Is" half of this CD less impressive and noteworthy mostly for the excellent version of "Sail Away" (which IS on "Personal Best") -- in my opinion, superior to anything on the "Nilsson Sings Newman" album.
		On the other hand, Knnillssonn is about as consistently perfect an album as you'll find from any artist.

	Knnillssonn (+2 Bonus Tracks) from The Wine Glass Shop
		The moods of Knnillssonn shift between breezy, humorous, and loving- all done in a very mature graceful way.
		The Japanese Version is by far a better remastering than the English double release of That's the Way It Is/ Knnillssonn (I'm not even sure it claims to be remastered).
		The bonus track is the song "Ain't It Kinda Wonderful" which Harry wrote for Gene Wilder's 1978 film "The World's Greatest Lover."

		His voice...Well, he blew his voice out during the Pussycats sessions, and it wasn't ever coming back.
		It's listenable on Knnillssonn, but it wasn't ever going to be the fine instrument it once was, sadly.
		My personal view is that all Nilsson albums up through A Touch of Schmilsson in the Night are musts...then I'd skip all the way to Knnillssonn...
