The Knock Nevis is a Norwegian owned supertanker, formerly known as Seawise Giant, Happy Giant, and Jahre Viking.
Knock Nevis has a dead weight of 564,763 tonnes and a summer displacement of 647,955 t when laden with nearly 650,000 m³ (4.1 million barrels) of crude oil.
Knock Nevis was built at Sumitomo Corporation's Oppama shipyard in Japan for a Greek owner who refused to take delivery of the vessel due to extensive vibration issues related to faulty gear design, following an unsuccessful arbitration against the yard, the vessel was sold to Chinese interests.

Work on Knock Adoon, a 240,000-tonne very large crude carrier (VLCC) owned by Fred Olsen Production (FOP), will begin in early November and be completed within 12 months, said Jens Richard Larsson, marketing manager of Dubai Drydocks.
FOP, which is indirectly wholly-owned by Oslo-based Ganger Rolf and Bonheur, has concluded an agreement with Addax Petroleum (Nigeria) for employment of Knock Adoon as FPSO for the Antan project offshore Nigeria.
This is the second large contract to be undertaken for FOP by Drydocks following last year's conversion of the Swedish company's 564,763 tonne 'Knock Nevis' (ex-Jahre Viking), the world's largest crude carrier.

They are all relatively small in terms of the number of rooms, they are all located in very lovely settings, they all serve better than aveage food and for the most part have very friendly and helpful staffs.
To get your snorkeling fix plan on taking one of the day sails to Shitten Bay (they leave from both Nevis and St. Kitts (as A_Traveller pointed out it's the best snorkeling in the area but be forewarned it does not come anywhere close to the snorkeling you'd find in the BVI's or off Binaire).
You can visit the other Plantation Inns easily for dinner or sightseeing, and from Nisbet it is much easier to get to some of the other great restaurants such as Coconut Grove, Rummors, Galipot, etc. The Inns on the mountain take a while to get anywhere, and the roads aren't all that great.
