		Kole Idromeno, 1860-1939, painter, architect and town-planner with an erudite culture, in 1883 sets up a laboratory in Shkodra, called Driteshkronja Idromeno (100 years Albanian cinematography, A Hoxha) and in year 1908, begins to organize the show of diapositives and films in the cultural club Gjuha Shqipe, developing its activities in his house.

	Shkodra
		According to sources from the culture office in the Shkoder municipality, the branch of the Monuments of Culture of the district has ended the project for the restoration of the buildings in this road, which were heavily damaged over the last years.
