		Kroum Kroumov, Chairman of the teachers' trade union with the Podkrepa Labor Confederation, told a news conference here today that the Education Ministry violates the labor legislation and hinders the tripartite dialogue.
		A blessing ceremony marked the start of the new school year for the 130 students of the Department of Eastern Orthodox Theology with the Konstantin Preslavski University of Shoumen.
