  Kordylewski Clouds
Extremely faint patches of nebulosity, first reported by the Polish astronomer Kazimierz Kordylewski (1903-1981) in the 1950s and hypothesized to be dust that has collected at the stable Earth-Moon Lagrangian points.
There is some evidence to suggest that they consist of fine lunar material ejected from the Moon by impacts and that they may be variable, acquiring material on the one hand and losing it, through, dynamical ejection, on the other.
Dust ejected by the Clouds could eventually reach Earth and appear as sporadic meteors.

 Science Fair Projects - Kordylewski cloud
They were first reported by Polish astronomer Kazimierz Kordylewski in the 1960s but there is still controversy as to whether they actually exist, due to their extreme faintness.
They were first seen visually by Kordylewski in October 1956, when he saw a glow about 2° in angular size and half as bright as the Gegenschein.
He then photographed them in 1961 when they seemed to change in size and shape.

This suggests the gyromotion of ions on the edge of the cloud, and allows one to estimate the spatial scale of observed events.
The IMF orientation on October 19 (strong northward component and strong negative Y-component) facilitated reconnection on the side of the cusp connected to the dawn sector of the geomagnetic tail.

Kordylewski Clouds are dust that collects at the Earth-Moon stable L points, as do the Trojans near the Jupiter-Sun points.
It appears therefore that the Kordylewski clouds are variable.
The clouds are extremely faint when visible, and they require extreme dark skies.

These were discovered in the 1950's by Kordylewski and are dust that collects at the Earth-Moon stable L points, as do the Trojans near the Jupiter-Sun L points.
So the particles in them have a source and then are dynamically ejected from the system or impact on the moon or become one of the sporadic meteors of the Earth.
Then a K cloud should appear as a knobby "island" off the "coast" of the zodiacal light.

In March and April 1961, Kordylewski succeeded in photographing two clouds near the expected positions.
J. Roach detected these cloud satellites in 1975 with the OSO (Orbiting Solar Observatory) 6 spacecraft.
In 1990 they were again photographed, this time by the polish astronomer Winiarski, who found that they were a few degrees in apparent diameter, that they "wandered" up to ten degrees away from the "trojan" point, and that they were somewhat redder than the zodiacal light.

There are no celebrated colossal bodies in the Sun–Earth system's Trojan points, but clouds of dust encircling the L4 and L5 labels were observed in the 1950s.

Also suppose this star is dark or at least very faint, and because of that we haven't noticed it yet.
This would mean that once every 30 million years that hypothetical companion star of the Sun would pass through the Oort cloud (a hypothetical cloud of proto-comets at a great distance from the Sun).
During such a passage, the proto-comets in the Oort cloud would be stirred around.

Apologies, BY - I was actually thinking of Michael Covington's "Astro- photography for the Amateur", which has a section on photographing the ZLP and even these Kordylewski libration clouds, I think.
So far as I know >there exists no photos of that cloud, and it would be a real challange for >an amateur to take a picture of it.
Sirko, my German ist night what it used to be, but it seems as though both Kordylewski and J. Wesley Simpson actually photographed these clouds, in addition to their visual observations which are included in the site?
