Unsure of Korg's viability in the organ market long dominated by only a few giants, Katoh saw an opportunity when a Japanese musician and former Berklee School of Music student informed him of the similarities between his organ and a synthesizer.
In 1974, Korg introduced a dual oscillator version of the Mini-Korg 700, the Mini-Korg 700s, followed a year later by the Maxi-Korg 800DV (marketed in the US as the Univox K-2 and Univox K-3 respectively).

KORG (which stands for "Knoxville/Oak Ridge Gamers") is a group of gaming enthusiasts that formed in the early 1990s.
KORG has run a number of events at Gen Con and other gaming conventions, many of them team tournaments (in which you win or lose as a team rather than as individuals).
This is due largely to the fact that all of the KORG folks have the artistic talent of five year olds (the ones that get big frowny faces in art class, anyway).

Korg's new Hammond B-3-emulating CX-3, a clever revision of a theme the company first hummed more than 20 years ago, should appeal to both types of players.

The Korg O1/W was Korg's new workstation meant to replace the Korg M1 and T series back in the early 90's.
Korg acknowledged this fact by integrating their M1 piano back on later incarnations of the X saga, such as in the X5D synth and N264/364 workstations.
Apparently when the engineers at Korg were presenting their new workstation to replace the Korg M1, they were going to call it the Korg M10, but apparently someone in marketing saw the name upside down, and M10 now read "O1W".

Korg Trinity - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Korg Trinity V3 Korg Trinity is a commercial successful synthesizer music workstation released by Korg in 1996.
Along with the Korg Prophecy, the Korg Trinity synthesizer was a descendant of the original OASYS synthesizer, an acronym for Open Architecture Synthesis System, which was a mega-synth prototype that the company previewed in 1994 but never marketed.
The main problem with the Trinity and digital linking at the time, was that Korg chose to design the synth using a 48 kHz, which is very common for post production and television work, but not the 44.1 kHz CD standard that most studios pro and consumer alike utilized.
