The state of Koror (population 14,000 as of 2004) contains about 90% of the population of the country.
Koror Island is also connected by a bridge to state of Airai in the the island of Babeldaob, where Koror's airport is located.

I think in doing something like that, Steph could have actually got the Koror 5 at each others necks, maybe it was a mistake by her not to shoot herself in the foot.
She should have *****ed and tried to make them backstab each other: it's gonna happen sooner or later, this koror 5 ain't gonna be winning the 1 million together...For the rest of this Survivor season, it won't be the same without Steph....
If she won immunity, the Koror 5 would have most likely been broken and perhaps people would have figured out what Greg is really about.

My theory is that Koror wins the challenge and chooses to boot Angie based on her challenge performances...she's not only been tough, but she's been physically abusive and has taunted Koror.
If Koror got to vote out a Ulong, it would make sense for Koror to be at Ulong's TC...although Koror would be doing the voting, Ulong would still get the opportunity to state their case.
It could be Ulong has a TC where Koror votes and then Koror has a TC where they vote off one of their own.

     Almost one year following the collapse of the transportation artery connecting our two main islands of Koror and Babeldaob, we are happy to announce that the last impediment to restoration of full infrastructural services has been removed.
On September 26, 1996, the 790-foot Koror-Babeldaob Bridge crashed into the sea, severing Koror from it's sources of water, power, and the Palau International Airport.
Since then, submarine water and power connections have been laid and until the Aug. 3 opening of the bridge, a ferry system was installed for service to the airport and the island of babeldaob.
