Coins of nominal value 50 haliers, 1, 2, 5 and 10 korunas, and banknotes of value 20, 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000 and 5000 korunas are used, as of 2004.
One euro is about 37.5 korunas and one US dollar is about 30 korunas based on the exchange rate of January 2006.
