Shimane Prefecture is situated in the western region of Japan's island of Honshu, it occupies an area of 6,629 square kilometers.
Shimane is bordered by the Sea of Japan, and by Tottori, Hiroshima, and Yamaguchi prefectures.
On March 312005, the towns of Kashima, Mihonoseki, Shimane, Shinji, Tamayu and Yatsuka and the village of Yakumo (all from Yatsuka District) merged with the city of Matsue to form the new city of Matsue.

The governor of Shimane Prefecture asserted at a recent session of the prefectural assembly that "Takeshima (Tok islet) is an inalienable part of Japan's territory in view of historical facts and international law." This touched off bitter wrath among the Korean people.
The Japanese reactionaries are becoming increasingly assertive for the claim to Tok islet despite the fact that the Tok islet is marked as a territory belonging to Korea in Japan's historical materials and in the past the Japanese authorities admitted themselves that the islet belongs to Korea.

I cannot say anything bad about these places in Taki and Koryo Cho (I am their employee!), but I will tell you about them with a little hesitation, because I wish to share their current lost status.

The Potsdam Declaration and the Cairo Declaration clarified that the territory of Japan was limited to four proper islands and some other islands to be decided on by the allied countries and Japan was deprived of the ownership of all the prewar Japan-controlled islands, which the doctor said proves Tok Islet clearly belonged to Korea.

Even if we assumed that the Japanese incorporation of the islands into Shimane Prefecture was illegal (or fell under the purvue of the Cairo Conference - your point 6-C), it is obvious that Korea was not in control of the island at this time.
Let's assume jsut for the moment that the Shimane incorportion was illegal (just for moment okay - not necessarily my official stand on that), or that the Cairo Conference would specifically apply to Takeshima.
