 | | In this paper I investigate the implications for modularity of the view that the mind can be understood as a graph of connections (Kowalski 1975, 1979) among sentences expressed in the clausal form of logic. |
 | | I argue that modularity is the property that such a graph may contain implicit or explicit sub-graphs, with a high degree of connectivity within sub-graphs and a low degree between sub-graphs. |
