Boasberg said that Kreuzer, who owns a townhouse at 604 23rd Street that abuts the new dormitory, had "the better argument" on the issue of GW’s trespassing on his property by building part of the new dormitory over a portion of a shared "party wall" between the two structures.
Boasberg also found that Kreuzer was not being harmed by the continuation of construction, as Kreuzer had no current plans to build higher on his townhouse property.
Kreuzer’s attorney, J. Michael Hannon, claimed a partial victory, stating that "Dr. Kreuzer is pleased that the judge accepted his argument at this point.

Kreuzer, who is 51, has lived in and around Anahuac for most of his life.
Kreuzers tumultuous reign provides the entire state with a case study of what can go wrong when deputies are hired and fired by a newly elected sheriff based largely on political loyalties rather than on personal integrity and job performance.

Kreuzers interpretation of Ameri-can common law was not popular with the county commissioners court.
Moving fast on a foggy morning, Kreuzer ran over the horse with his brand new county SUV (the one that reads "Paid For With Seized Drug Funds" on the side), doing considerable damage to machine and animal.
(Kreuzer was okay.) The sheriff also raised some eyebrows with his choice of deputies, including Chief Deputy Dearl Hardy, the former task force commander who, as we reported last fall, left the drug squad under a cloud of suspicion.
The new Panzerschiff was called Kreuzer P, its specifications showed a bigger, faster and better protected version of the original design.
In many respects it was a modification of the design of the Panzerschiff D and Panzerschiff E, the planned successors of the Deutschland class which were later modified to Scharnhorst and Gneisenau.
As it got obvious in 1939 that this conversion would not be able in 1941/42 when it was originally scheduled for, three of the planed Kreuzer P should be modified to get 38 cm turrets which were already in production.
Wheeler wanted to discuss strategy with Kreuzer for their upcoming tag team match together, and put their differences at the last event behind them.

In my view, Kreuzer is as much a persona as she is a vocalist.
As a writer, Kreuzer has continued to develop and refine her recording character, much to the benefit of her overall sound and style.
Perhaps the finest moments Kreuzer has ever put on record are the two versions included of "Long Way Home." The first is an uptempo country shuffle, appealingly laced with half-yodeled syllables, and features tight interplay between the bass, rhythm, and steel guitars.

Somewhere at the cold hours of the winter 2004, an idea came into the mind of Arsenicum, a wary own underground noise project of his, which will be a combination of several sub genres.
A combination of such genres as martial, dark ambient, power electronics and harsh noise, Kreuzer proceeding with its experiments.
The best characteristic for Kreuzer's music is a "history noise", because of it dedication to the different historic fragments.
