		Quinn grows suspicious that she is, in fact his mother, and not a Kromagg trick.
		They explain to him that their world was at war with the Kromaggs, and feared for his, and his brother's (yes, Quinn has a brother) safety, so they sent them to live with their doubles, saying that they would come back to get them if they defeated the Kromaggs.
		That means that the weapon that Quinn's parents were developing was sucessful, and that somewhere in the multiverse lies the key to destroying the Kromaggs.

		In the second season, the Kromaggs implanted a tracking chip into Quinn in the hopes that he would slide home and reveal the co-ordinates to their Earth so that they could invade.
		In this season Quinn discovers he was not infact born on Earth Prime, but on the Kromagg homeworld and that, in order to avoid being caught in a war between humans and Kromaggs, his real parents slid to Earth Prime and asked Mrs.
		It was the writers' intention that Colin was to be a creation of the Kromaggs created from Quinn's DNA, however this crucial plotline had to be ignored when the writers needed a Colin double for what they felt was the best idea of the season, "Lipschitz Live!".

		The third season introduced the Kromaggs, a species which is also capable of sliding, and which travels from world to world conquering and enslaving.
		They discover that the weapon against the Kromaggs is dangerous for human beings and afterwards they just slide from world to world.
