		Japanese investigators did not know until last August when a score of plastic bags containing stimulant drugs were adrift off the seashore of the town of Kubokawa in Kochi Prefecture and then thrown against the coast that North Korea manufactured stimulant drugs.
		When Tama-maru, after receiving stimulant drugs, was sailing off Kochi Prefecture, its crew found they were being tracked by the MSA and other government authorities.
		Stimulant drugs found off Kochi Prefecture are confirmed as those manufactured in North Korea and it also has been discovered that North Korea as a whole attempted to smuggle stimulant drugs into Japan.
