the vast majority of loaches are wild-caught and as such are only available during certain portions of the year.
khuli loachs need good water quality to stay healthy and wouldn't be suitable for a reletavely newly set up tank...I personally wouldn't suggest anymore than 5 for a 10gallon at the most, even so it would be a bit crampt for them at that...

Bought some new kuhli loaches on Friday, added to 380 litre tank which currently has 6 adult platies, 5 harlequins and 6 popondetta furcatas.
Seriously, i have had Kuhli loaches and they have behaved the same, then when they settle in, they are hardly ever seen.
My clown loach will go to the top of the tank to feed, but the striata prefer to mingle with the corys picking from the bottom.
