	Pastor held for raping girl, 12
		KwaMhlanga - A Zion Christian Church leader has been charged with rape for apparently taking a 12-year-old church member as his second wife when he could no longer have sex with his pregnant wife.
		Captain Mamsy Cibe said on Monday the 43-year-old pastor from KwaMhlanga north of Witbank was arrested at his church on Sunday afternoon.
		The girl had been taken to KwaMhlanga hospital for counselling and to be tested for sexually transmitted diseases.

		The KwaMhlanga testing centre in Mpumalanga will be revamped at a cost of R400 000 in an attempt to curb corruption.

		KwaMhlanga - The management of KwaMhlanga Plaza in Mpumalanga denied news reports that there was serious crime inside the complex - and said security inside the plaza was tight.
		Plaza spokesperson Sillion Lekgoana said on Wednesday: "The 13 armed robberies and five rapes reported during the opening week of the centre actually happened in the surrounding area and there was no crime inside the plaza at all."
		The KwaMhlanga Plaza is located at a busy intersection on the road from Pretoria to Moloto, in Mpumalanga north-east of the city.

		The western section of the Roodeplaat Dam Nature Reserve is reached by taking the Zambezi Drive offramp off the N1 north, turning east at the bottom of the offramp and left at the first traffic lights, signposted to KwaMhlanga.
		One reaches the southeastern corner of the Seringveld Conservancy by continuing on the KwaMhlanga road from Roodeplaat to the first turnoff to the right after the dam wall, signposted simply "Skoolpad".

		Kwamhlanga - An Mpumalanga woman was able to escape from her rapist when he couldn't chase her because his pants were around his knees.
		The 20-year-old from Zakheni in KwaMhlanga, north of Witbank, was confronted by three men as she got out of a taxi on Monday night.
		Captain Malcolm Mokomene of Highveld police said on Thursday: "They drew a gun and threatened to kill her if she screamed, and then dragged her to an abandoned house."
