		There aren't many LNBs that I know of that have a twisting front, they normally twist within the clamp to allow for Skew adjustment.
		Without the LNB type being set you may have difficulties setting up, the receiver needs to know this so that it can lock on to the correct frequencies.
		The bouncing signal can be caused by obstructions (unlikely if you had it working before), faulty LNB, it's unlikely that both will be faulty so try them one at a time with a direct connection, (excluding the DiseqC switch as this could also be faulty or the settings in the receiver incorrect).

		This means you would need a high-band LNB for the Ku-band (running usuallly from 11.7 to 12.75 GHz).
		As a european LNB you could use also the cheaper "Telecom"-version, which runs from 12.5 to 12.75 GHz.
