La série Mouvements d’intimité d’abord présentée au Studio de l’École de Danse de Québec, et jusqu’en 2006 au Studio d’essai de Méduse, compte actuellement deux spectacles et est consacrée aux artistes en émergence, principalement issus de la région de Québec.
Reaffirming its ambition of the choreographic center and structuring partner in its professional environnement, La Rotonde was integrated in the fall of 2005, a new studio dedicated to the creation, advanced training and physical conditioning of artists in dance in the region of Quebec.

La Coupole and Rotonde are a couple of the famous "literary" cafes, not sure if they might be resting on the ole laurels these days...
A "bistro" is more like a small restaurant that has a small staff (could be a husband/wife team), may be open for lunch then closes until open for dinner, and probably wants you to order the menu, or multiple courses, rather than "just a salad" or "dessert and coffee".
La Coupole would be a brasserie and Le Cameleon would be a bistro.
