 Streets of Montreal - Lachine
Lachine is located around the intersection of highway 13 and highway 20 and it is where the Lachine canal opens up onto the St-Lawrence river.
Lachine is a rather convenient place to live given its central location on the island, with downtown, the west island, Lasalle, Dorval international airport and the surrounding industrial area all short drives away.
Lachine is friendly to cyclists and walkers, as the streets are all mostly quiet, there are many bike paths in the city, and a park is usually just a few blocks away where you can sit and enjoy the shade, or walk along the waterfront and enjoy the breeze coming off Lac St-Louis.
