The West Pottsgrove Township Police Department reports that MDMA abuse is rampant among teens, and West Whiteland Township Police Department (Exton, Pennsylvania) authorities report increased distribution and abuse of MDMA in their jurisdiction.
The Upper Merion Township Police Department (near Philadelphia) indicates that unlimited quantities of MDMA are available, and the Easttown Township Police Department, located in a suburb west of Philadelphia, reports that MDMA and GHB now pose the greatest drug threat in that area.
The Pennsylvania Attorney General reported that in 1999 there were 10 known and 50 suspected rape cases involving GHB in the state.

I attended a Springfield Township meeting June 3 where the guest speaker, a historic resources expert, defined historic properties for the commissioners, who were trying to establish guidelines for future historic preservation.
He named three criteria: the building must be more than 50 years of age, the site must be associated with an historic event, and the architecture must be significant, at least one of which conditions must be met.
It seems a disgrace and lack of sensitivity to even consider demolishing or moving a building of such monumental provenance.
