		The Arkansas Supreme Court on Dec. 15 ruled in a 5-2 decision that Arkansas’ system of public school funding was unconstitutionally inadequate and directed that lawmakers correct deficiencies by Dec. 1, 2006.
		The Friends of Lake View are asking the federal court to overturn Acts 59 and 60 of the special 2003 legislative session on education.
