		Odom played one season at the University of Rhode Island in the Atlantic 10 Conference, where he scored 17.6 points per game and led the Rams to the conference championship and 1998 NCAA tournament Sweet 16.
		Odom declared his eligibility for the NBA Draft after his freshman year at the University of Rhode Island in 1999 and was selected by the Los Angeles Clippers with the fourth pick.
		LaMar was held at gun point and robbed while walking at night near a family member's home in his Queens, New York neighborhood in the summer of 2006.
