		Some of these lands were sold to the Zionist Agency by individuals who were not the rightful owners of the land, but used their positions in previous governments to register large portions of lands to their names.
		The process of land confiscation of the Palestinian residents of what is now Israel continues to this day, but on a smaller scale in the Galilee and continues on a large scale in the south region.
