Las Vegas Strip game usage — the level of play at gaming facilities — fell 4.4% year over year in the second quarter through late June, according to a recent Jacob research note.
Strip casinos said gambling revenue grew 11.2% in May, down from 14.8% a year ago when figures were boosted by the April 2005 opening of the $2.7 billion Wynn Las Vegas, analysts said.
