		LeFrak City is a large housing development in Corona, Queens (in New York City) built in the mid-1960s for working and middle-class families.
		The complex is named for its developer, Samuel J. LeFrak.

		When rated you have to consider Queens, Staten Island, the Bronx and Brooklyn, 4 boroughs that have relatively few high rises/skyscrapers compared to Manhattan or Hong Kong.
