Leatherhead's most prominent landmark is the church of St Mary and St Nicholas with its 15th century tower, overlooking the floodplain of the River Mole, which inspired JMW Turner to capture the scene in watercolours.
Leatherhead is a good base to discover the district and the Surrey Hills Explorer Bus runs from the town to many picturesque areas.

During the confrontation, Shredder falls into the fountain of youth and is transformed into a baby before Donatello accidentally destroys the damn and water floods the area, causing Shredder, Bebop and Rocksteady to be carried back down a transport module tunnel to the Technodrome.
Leatherhead escapes and the Turtles and Frogs agree that the fountain of youth should remain a secret.

Leatherhead was voiced by Jim Cummings who also, coincidentally, went on to voice more of Brown's characters, such as the Dakota Dude and Saddlesore Scorpion from the Wild West C.O.W.-Boys of Moo Mesa.
Leatherhead chose to live away from his friends due to his Jeckyl and Hyde affliction, living in a nearby chamber (an abandoned subway station resembling the Turtles' lair from the second and third TMNT movies) so he would always be nearby, but still able to ensure their safety.

The Leatherhead toy was probably one of the most disappointing figures, to me, out of the entire TMNT line.
For starters, the Louisiana fisherman who was hunting for him at the beginning of "Leatherhead: Terror of the Swamps" is wearing the exact same clothing that Leatherhead starts wearing after he's mutated.
The hat is from the original Leatherhead toy (I had a spare head sitting around).

 OAFE - TMNT: Leatherhead review
Not just a handbag with claws, Leatherhead is the only other creature known to share the same origin as the TMNT, for he too was mutated by the same ooze that transformed the Turtles.
Leatherhead's scaly hide is detailed very well all over, which would pretty much be the "make it or break it" factor for this guy - it's not like he's got a distinctive costume to worry about.
Right now, Leatherhead is hard to find; I guess Playmates thought no one would want him, since he's packed one per case.

It identifies two layers of functional foods — those making specific health claims on their packaging or in advertising, and a broader definition encompassing healthy foods that are often perceived as functional but that do not necessarily make claims, such as antioxidant rich fruits.
According to Leatherhead, the strictly-defined market in the countries analysed had a value of US$16.1 bn in 2005, and the broader-defined of $36.2 bn.

There are various different origins for the original Leatherhead from yesteryear, the most widely accepted in the comic books being he was either mutated or transformed by witchcraft into his new leathery form, later becoming a wrestling champion amongst other things.
This Leatherhead is completely different though, as they’ve tweaked his origin, giving him the luxury of being the only other creature to share the same origin as the turtles themselves.
If you’ve seen Leatherhead in the new cartoon, especially his origin episode, he’s been re-tooled as a very cool character hard not to like.
