		Owned by a UK business park market leader, MEPC Ltd, Leavesden Park is an exciting media business park which will provide up to 1.6 million sq ft of contemporary office space for film and television related companies and construction of the UK's first purpose built studio complex.
		Leavesden Studios is one of the few places in the UK where you can make productions on such a large scale.
		The studios comprise of approximately 500,000 sq ft of flexible space which includes stage space, production office space and ancillary buildings, along with the extensive 80 acre backlot which provides a 180 degree uninterrupted horizon and can be used for exterior sets.
