Lee University is a private, coeducational university located in Cleveland, Tennessee.
The Lee University campus was the former home of Bob Jones University from 1933-1947 before moving to its present campus in Greenville, South Carolina in 1947, with the Rev. Billy Graham having attended one year of college at this Cleveland, Tennessee campus location in 1936 before transferring to Trinity College of Florida.
With a student body approaching 4,000, Lee is now the second-largest private university in the state, behind Vanderbilt University.
