		An investigation was initiated on the report of a domestic dispute in the 13,000 block of St Rt 72, Leesburg, Ohio.
		At 3:16 PM Rebecca Hurst, age 36 of Hillsboro, Ohio was stopped in traffic on US 62 preparing to turn right when Jessica Butler, age 19 of Leesburg, Ohio failed to see her stopped and struck the rear of her vehicle.
		At 1:42 PM Mary Kitchen, age 70 of Fairborn, Ohio was southbound on St Rt 73 when she lost control, traveled off the right side of the roadway across West Welcome Road and struck a vehicle parked in a private drive.

		At 5:36 PM Lauren Heeter, age 18 of Leesburg, Ohio was southbound on Antioch Road when she lost control going around a curve and went off the left hand side of the roadway striking a ditch and then a fence.
		At 11:24 PM Timothy Dawson, age 21 of Hillsboro, Ohio was westbound on St Rt 124 when he was attempting to pass a vehicle in front of him and lost control of his vehicle and went off the left side of the roadway striking the ditch.

		LEESBURG - Arthur H. Milner, former Ohio legislator, retired educator and farmer, died Feb. 2 at his home in Leesburg, Ohio.
		In 1960, he was appointed to the new Ohio Exposition Commission (The Ohio State Fair Board) and served as commissioner from 1960-74.
		He taught Sunday school at Leesburg Friends Church and was the First Master of the former Leesburg Grange.

		She was born in Hamilton, Ohio, on Oct. 25, 1928, and was a lifelong resident of the Middletown area.
