Pokemon Fire Red & Leaf Green at GameTalk I believe legendaries aren't all so powerful as some people try to make you believe, get a pokemon with a good moveset it could probably beat down a legendary. On the othewr hand, some legendaries don't have such amazing stats (though still high), and a lot have poor movepools, which is why some people hate to use some of them.
